Childbirth Education Course
(with Hypnobirthing Techniques)

Being pregnant and having a baby is without a doubt the most exciting and special event of life. Although starting a family as as expat far from home can be very overwhelming and full of uncertainties.
 

Childbirth education is an essential preparation for this moment! It provides women and their families with knowledge about labor and birth, and ways to deal with the challenges of labor. With this knowledge women are able to make informed decisions, and advocate for themselves in the maternity care system.

In this special course that I prepared myself, I will answer all your questions and you will learn how to prepare for birth in the Netherlands and how to improve your chances of having a positive birth experience. I designed this course with the most updated scientific information about biology and physiology of birth in addition to Hypnobirthing techniques, thereby making sure you will have the most complete preparation.
