We create a safe environment for your birth experience and we provide you with what you need in a tailored manner, based on evidence-based knowledge. 2 prenatal visits
Help with preparing your birthing preferences (birthing plan).
Unlimited phone calls, email, and text support providing support throughout your pregnancy until 6 weeks postpartum.
24/7 on-call between 38-42 weeks.
Continuous support throughout your birth at home, hospital, or birthing center.
Present up to 2 hours after your birth.
One postpartum visit.

Preparation course with Hypnobirthing techniques (5 sessions of 2.5h)
Help with preparing your birthing preferences (birthing plan).

Continuous support throughout your birth at home, hospital, or birthing center.

Doula at last minute

I encourage you to contact me early in pregnancy to ensure my availability, though I understand that this is not always possible. This service is available after the 38th week of pregnancy, and is often not available if I am fully booked.

1 prenatal visit.
Unlimited phone and email support (from the moment you book my services).
24/7 on-call from the time of booking until the baby is born.
Continuous support throughout your birth at home, hospital, or birthing center.
Present up to 2 hours after your birth.
1 postpartum visit.

Pocket Consulting

Information is power and that's one of the roles of a Doula, providing evidence based knowledge.
If you cannot afford a Doula complete support or do not want it for any reason, you can still count on me to prepare you and save your doubts about specific topics.

That's what pocket consultancies are for!! They are online and you can do it in the comfort of your home!

The consultations are of one hour and we can talk about several things, such as:

Birth plan. What is a birth plan? Why is it important? What should I consider and why?
Are you talking about birth induction? What is the protocol in the Netherlands? How can I prepare myself?
What are the pain medications available in the Netherlands? What are the pros and cons? Can I ask for pain medication at any time during birth? Yes, no?
What should I know for a Hospital/Home birth?
Interventions? What are the most common? When are they offered and why?
What are the stages of birth? What am I going to feel? What should I do in each stage to relieve pain?
Waters broke? What is the protocol in the Netherlands? What can I do?
